Returns & Exchanges

At The Smocked Flamingo, we want you to love every piece you purchase, but we understand that sometimes things just don't fit. We offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all items in original, unwashed condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any official collection point within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
